Dorothy Petty Reese, age 82 of Pleasant Shade, TN passed away early Tuesday morning, Oct. 30, 2018 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Dorothy is at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.

Funeral Services for Dorothy Petty Reese will be conducted on Thursday afternoon, November 1, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Chris Reese officiating. Interment will follow in the John L. Clark Cemetery. Visitation with the family will begin Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until her service at 1:00 p.m. Survivors include: husband, James Reese of Pleasant Shade, TN; daughters & sons-in-law, Dorris & Jackie Williams of Moulton, AL, Susie & Jake Ray of Hartsville, TN; sons & daughters-in-law, Eddie & Karen Cooper of KY, Tony & Linda Cooper of Joliet, IL, Chris & Larhonda Reese of Moulton, AL; daughter-in-law, Donna Cooper of Gallatin, TN; brother & sister-in-law, Willis “Shorty” & Thelma Petty of Gainesboro, TN; sisters & brothers-in-law, Susie & Tom Lee of Romeoville, IL, Tennie Webb of Red Boiling Springs, TN, Charlene Merrits of Hendersonville, TN, Betty Brock of Andalusia, AL, Jeanette & James Fox of Leesburg, AL; 40 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
