Dorothy G. “Jean” Noble, 91, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Wexford Healthcare Center with her daughters at her side. She was born February 7, 1927, in Sabula; the daughter of the late William G. & Margaret G. (Moore) Beers. Dorothy was a graduate of DuBois Area High School, class of “1946”.

She lived most of her life in DuBois and Brockway. She spent the last five years in Wexford, PA, to be closer to her daughters. She is survived by three daughters, Georgia (Robert) Schmid, Jackie Noble and Jo Ann Noble, all of Pittsburgh, PA.

, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Dorothy was also preceded in death by her siblings Heberton Beers, Irene Hoover, William Beers & Betty Carroll. Friends will be received on Tuesday, July 17, 2018, from 10am until 11am at the Leo Nedza Funeral Home in DuBois.

A memorial service will follow at 11am at the Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Lee officiating. Burial will take place in Beechwoods Cemetery with her parents.
