Mrs. Dorothy Jean Johnson December 04, 1936 – February 27, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook Mrs. Dorothy Jean Sales Johnson, age 82 of Flomaton, AL passed away on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at her home. Mrs. Johnson was a native of Century, FL, and had been a resident of Flomaton for twenty-one years coming from Pensacola, FL. During her working years, she worked as a secretary for Naval Air Station Jacksonville in Jacksonville, FL.

She was of the Baptist faith, and was preceded in death by her parents, John Wesley and Lula Mae Boutwell Sales. She is survived by her sons, James Farrell (Laura) Howell, Jr. of Huntsville, AL, and Joel Wesley Howell of Flomaton, AL; daughter, Tamara Faye Jackson of Flomaton, AL; brothers, Donald Sales of McDavid, FL, and Carl Dole of Eufaula, AL; eight grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held for Mrs. Johnson on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Flomaton Funeral Home Chapel at 5 P.M. Please share your memories and condolences with the family at www.
