Dorothy Jean Lorick August 19, 1930 – April 27, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card| Memorial Donation Dorothy Jean Lorick, 88, of Stephens City, VA, formerly of Augusta, passed away on Saturday April 27, 2019 in Evergreen Nursing & Rehab Center, Winchester, VA. Born on August 19, 1930 in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of the late Herman R. Howenstein and Katherine Lambert Howenstein. Dorothy was homemaker, loving mother and grandmother.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Stephen Lorick. Surviving is her husband, Ambrose Paul Lorick, two daughters, Cheryl Calvert of Stephens City, VA, Kathryn Manning of Martinsburg, WV, a son, David Lorick of Tampa, FL. , a sister, Marilyn Kirk of Virginia, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A private graveside service was held on Saturday May 4, 2019 in Hebron Cemetery, Yellow Springs, WV. All arrangements were handled by McKee Funeral Home, Augusta, WV.
