Dorothy May McCarrick Brandt, 87, died Friday at St. Camillus Home and Rehabilitation Center. She was the daughter of the late Margaret and Edward McCarrick. She was from Buffalo, NY.

Besides her parents, she is pre-deceased by her spouse Alfred L. Brandt, Jr. Surviving are her children Lillian, Doreen (Barry) Smith, Nancy (Todd) Blaisdell, and Alfred Brandt, III, grandchildren Shannon (Michael) McSpadden, Barry Smith, Jennifer (Will) Frederickson, Amber Blaisdell, Chelsea Blaisdell and Sage Brandt, and great- grandchild Connor McSpadden. She loved lilacs, camping, campfires, cooking, spending time with family and attending church. The family wishes to send special thanks to the C-unit of St. Camillus for their compassionate care given to their mother.
