Obituary for Dorothy “Totsie” Smith Dorothy “Totsie” Smith, 86, of Magnolia, AR, formerly of Taylor, AR passed away Sunday, November 25, 2018 at the Community Compassion Center in Magnolia. Dorothy was born December 14, 1931 in Shreveport, LA to the late Gladden Spencer and Lenora Virginia (King) Higdon. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Taylor and was a retired inspector for the Louisiana Ordinance Plant.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Paul Smith, Jr.; children Robert Elton Rich, Danny Carl Rich, and Aletha Ann Brown; granddaughter Michelle Brown; three brothers and three sisters. She is survived by her grandchildren Daniel Rich and wife Yvonne of Longview, TX, Lacey Thomason and husband Jarrod of Hampton, Crystal Harrison and husband Cory of Austin, TX, Aletha Rich and Emma Rich of Magnolia, Jennifer Griffin of Camden, Angela Jureski and husband Wayne of San Antonio, TX, Jeremy Hacker and wife Mandy of Rockport, TX; thirteen great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. Visitation will be Saturday, December 1 at 1:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Taylor with funeral services to follow at 2:00 p.m. with Bro.
