Dorothy Wood Hair, 91, widow of David Hair, passed away on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 in Barnwell, SC. Ms. Dorothy was born in Barnwell County, SC on August 26, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Preston and Martha E. Sanders Wood. Ms. Hair was a retired sewing machine operator and a member of the Blackville Church of God.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, October 12, 2018 at 12:00 Noon in the Barnwell County Memorial Cemetery by the airport. Ms. Dorothy is survived by her daughters, Marilyn Still “Jimmy” Maximiek of Barnwell, Edwina “Rodney” Creech of Barnwell, Peggy and the late Dick Talbot of Reidsville, GA, and Amy “Tommy” O’Neal of Vidalia, GA, grandchildren, Kelli “Brian” Johnson, Dana “Steven” Bell, Rod Creech, Ryan Creech, David “Tammy” Talbot, Scott Hutto, Amber Cranford, Joseph Hair, Jonathan Hair, and Jacob “Jessie” Hair, numerous great grandchildren and numerous great great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by sons, O’Neal and Michael Hair.
