Doug E. Turner, 61, passed away Sunday, February 3, 2019. He was born in Kokomo, Indiana on August 13, 1957 to the late Joseph and Vinie Turner. Doug was a member of the River Church.

He adored his family and church family. He loved and cherished his cat, Heidi. Doug was a big fan of music which included country, christian, and especially Elvis.

Doug is survived by one brother; David Turner of Judsonia, two sisters; Barbara Turner and Carolyn Barr both of Heber Springs, special caregiver; Angie, and lots of nieces, nephews, and friends who loved him dearly. Doug is preceded in death by his parents.
