Obituary for Dr. David Wayne Brewer Dr. David Wayne Brewer passed away, unexpectedly, on March 25th, 2018, at the age of 55. Born at Fort Knox, Kentucky. David attended North Enid-Chisholm schools.

He also attended OSU and continued his education at Parker Chiropractic College, in Dallas, Texas. He graduated with his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine in 1989. In May of 1986 he married Amy Meulpolder and they had two children.

David is survived by his two children, Meghan and Justin Brewer, of Arlington, TX; parents, Dr. and Mrs. Jess Brewer, of Enid; a sister, Dr. Tammy Brewer, of Arizona; a brother, J. L. and Jane Brewer, of Edmond. David will also be missed by his many patients and friends, throughout the United States. A Celebration of Life Service is planned for Saturday, April 14, 2018, at 10:00 AM, at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.
