Funeral for Dr. H. Carl Crisler, 72, of Moulton will be Friday, November 9, 2018, at Parkway Funeral Home, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Justin McAlpin officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, November 8, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.

Dr. Crisler, who died Monday, November 5, 2018, at his residence, was born, April 27, 1946, to Haskell Crisler and Gladys McBride Crisler. He was baptized in the Southern Baptist Church when he was 9 years old. Dr. Crisler graduated from Auburn University in 1972 with a degree in Veterinary Medicine.

He practiced in Orlando for 8 years then moved to Decatur and opened Beltline Animal Clinic in 1980 where he practiced until 2004. In 2010, he began practicing with Larry Jacob at Jacob’s Animal Clinic until last week. He had amazing work ethics and loved what he did.

He loved his family but above all his wife.
