Dr. John’s Obituary Dr.John Willhardt died peacefully in his sleep on Friday, May 10, 2019. Born March 5, 1930 the oldest child of John Phillip Willhardt & Elisa Pauline Ode Willhardt. Throughout his life he attended school eventually earning his PHD.

He was a dedicated organist and he loved playing the organ at many Lutheran churches. John enjoyed classical music, opera, & traveling. Survivors include John’s sister Venita Rohe, daughter Lisa (Henry) Maine, son Garth (Lory) Willhardt, five grandsons, and five great-grandchildren.

We know God has a special place for you at the organ in heaven. Love you Dad! Graveside service will 1:00 P.M., Thursday, May 16, 2019 at Mount Muncie Cemetery.
