OBITUARY Dr. Lyle C Wilcox August 8, 1932 – October 5, 2018 Born in Lansing, MI, Lyle received his PHD in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University. After graduation, Lyle held several positions in the private and public sector including: Deputy Assistant Secretary for Department of Energy, Provost at James Madison University, President of Univ. of Southern Colorado, Dean of Engineering at Clemson University, Executive at Telex and Purolator and Vice Chancellor for Technology for State of West Virginia.
