Obituary for Dragica Jeras Dragica Jeras, age 73, of Painesville Twp. , passed away October 3, 2018. She was born in Samobor, Croatia on March 28, 1945, to the late Janko and Ana Maletic.

She was a proud and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister who will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She leaves behind her husband of 48 years, Mirko Jeras, sons Nikola (Silvia) and David (Alisa); grandchildren Christopher, Natalia, Olivia, Maya, Katelyn, Emilia, and Carlie; sister Zdenka (Valentin); many cousins, nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law, and dear friends that she considered her family. She was preceded in death by her beloved brothers Joso and Milan.

Dragica was a gifted seamstress, gardener, cook and baker. She decorated beautifully, especially her holiday table for Thanksgiving dinner. She was the glue that held the family together and the center of all that we hold dear.

Her joy and passion for her family, nature, her love for animals all of God’s creations is how we will always remember her. Visitation will be on Sunday, October 7, 2018 from 4 to 8pm at the Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd. , Eastlake.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 8, 2018 at 10am at the St. Paul, Croatian Church, 1369 E 40th St, Cleveland. Interment at All Souls Cemetery, Chardon. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Dragica Jeras please visit our Sympathy Store.
