Obituary for Drucilla Foster Drucilla Louise Foster 73, (Duppy Gray) of Oak Hill passed away at her home on Wednesday April 18 2018, with her family by her side after a long battle with cancer. She was born in East Kingston on September 22 1944 to Clyde and Leona (Hyden) Gray. She married her childhood sweetheart Stephen M Foster of 49 years.

She was a devoted Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She was the heart and soul of the family and she will be dearly missed. She was a homemaker who loved antiques, music, sewing, and anything of the Victorian era.

You can only have one mother Patient kind and true; No other friend in all the world, Will be the same to you. When other friends forsake you, To mother you will return, For all her loving kindness, She asks nothing in return. As we look upon her picture, Sweet memories we recall, Of a face so full of sunshine, And a smile for one and all.

Sweet Jesus, take this message, To our dear mother up above; Tell her how we miss her, And give her all our love. She was preceded in death by her son, Todd Gray Foster, Husband, Stephen M. Foster, Parents, Clyde & Leona Gray. She is survived by Son, Michael Stephen Foster, Daughter, Mitzie Ellen (Foster) Slezak, 4 Grandsons Todd Anthony Slezak, Garret Shane Foster, Stephen Andrew Slezak,and Vincent Michael Foster, Great grandson Ryder O’Conner Slezak.

She is also survived by brothers and sisters, Teddy Gray (Charolette), Brenda (Gray) Hughes (Howard), Judy (Gray) Gildermeister (Tom), Clyde Gray Jr (Mary), Jackie Gray (Shirley), Elsie Gray (Gary), Sister- in-law Patty (Foster) Buck (Ron), Brother in-law Melvin Shaffer (Mazie) and many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of life will be held at her home on 104 Gatewood Ave Oak Hill, WV on April 29, 2018 starting at 2:00 p.m Keeping with her wishes she will be cremated.
