Dwight was born on November 12, 1956 in Rochester, New York to Paul and Ruth Neuman. Left to cherish his memories are his mother, Ruth of Virginia Beach, Virginia, brother Todd Neuman of El Portal, Florida, sister Diane Ryan and her husband Sean of Virginia Beach, nephew Patrick Ryan of Virginia Beach, two nieces Anna Ryan of Culver City, California, Meghan Ryan and her husband Sean Weber of Harrisonburg, Virginia and many friends in Glenwood Springs.
