Earl Duane Morris, age 85, passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2018 in Overton, Nevada. He was born June 3, 1933 in Basalt, Idaho to Harold George and Earlin Thornton Morris. On May 23, 1958 he married Doris Allyne Hansen in Ogden, Utah.

Earl grew up in Idaho. He served in the US Army at the end of the Korean Conflict. He lived in Ogden, Utah where he worked as a truck driver at Hill AFB and at the Defense Depot Ogden for many years.

He loved the outdoors, camping, fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed participating in and watching sports. He was forever helping others and will be remembered for his big heart.

Survivors include his wife, Doris of Evanston, WY, sister, Glenna Ward of Magalia, CA and many loving extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters: Earlin Marsh, Gay Morris, Georgia Dabel & Pearl Morris and one brother, Lawrence (Larry) Morris. Memorial services will follow at a later date.
