Obituary for Earl Wayne Ballinger Earl Wayne Ballinger, of Garland, TX, passed away peacefully September 16, 2018, at Texas Health Presbyterian Rockwall, at the age of 69. He was born June 29, 1949, in Danville, AR, to Jimmy Lee and Edith Florence (Garner) Ballinger. Earl was an aerospace machinist and had been in the business since he was 26 years old.

He was a business man and was always on the go. He enjoyed horse racing and was very proud of his family. Earl was intelligent and patient.

He always tried to help everyone. Earl had great friends and was extremely kind. His commitment to protecting his family was his priority.

Earl was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be missed tremendously. Earl is survived by his loving wife of 11 years: Ping Fang; children: Gary, Jennifer, Keith and Melissa; granddaughter: Danielle; and beloved dog: Cooper; along with one brother and six sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and four brothers.

A celebration of Earl’s life will be held in Mt. George, AR, at a later date. A gathering at Northeast Texas Crematory will be held 9:00am Friday, September 21, 2018.
