Obituary for Earl Hunter Sr. Earl Lee Hunter, Sr., 44, of Marion, passed away at 10:07 p.m., Wednesday, December 12, 2018 in Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion. Earl was born February 9, 1974 in Hanford, California to Robert and Connie (Powell) Hunter. He married Susan Leseata Peters on April 28, 1998 in Fresno, California.

Earl was employed as a supervisor by Aisin in Marion for several years before his health began to decline. He graduated from Lemoore High School in 1991. Earl was an avid Oakland Raiders Fan.

He was a faithful member of the Whiteash Freewill Baptist Church. He loved his church family with all of his heart. He was the rock that held his family together.

He will be sadly missed by all that knew and loved him. Survivors include his wife, Susan of Marion; son, Earl Lee (Hannah) Hunter, Jr of Marion; three step-children, Jimmy O’Brien of Marion, Susan Stow of Grants Pass, OR and Christopher Samples of Brookings, OR; grandson, Earl Lee Hunter, III; three step-grandchildren, Hannah Stow, Kyle Sample and Addison Chase; parents, Robert and Connie Hunter of Marion; three brothers, Conway Hunter, Shawn (Jennifer) Hunter and Brandon Hunter; sister-in-law, Wilma (Ben) Lawson; four nieces, Ashley, Serenity, Samantha and Cynthia, one nephew, Jacob. He was preceded in death by his son, Darron Lee Hunter and mother-in-law, Joan Peters.

Celebration of life services will be 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 18, 2018 in Whiteash Freewill Baptist Church with Pastor Andy Lee and Pastor Dave Nelson officiating. Pyle Funeral Home in Johnston City is entrusted with the arrangements. Memorials contributions may be made to Pyle Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
