OBITUARY Earlyn Marie Bordelon February 12, 1929 – November 14, 2018 Earlyn Marie Bordelon, age 89, left us on Wednesday November 14, 2018. Beloved wife of 49 years to the late Ira J. Bordelon. Mother of Cheryl Bordelon Revere (Cotton), Peggy Bordelon, Kay Bordelon Roy (Jerry) and the late David M. Bordelon.

Grandmother of Stacey Revere, Ernie Revere (Tracy) and Donnie Favalora (Diane). Great grandmother of Caleb, Lia, Aberee and Jacob. Sister of Malcolm Bordelon, Verdon Bordelon (Margaret) and the late C.J. Bordelon (the late Jeanne) and Dorothy Rabalais.

Daughter of the late Calvin Bordelon and Ollie Caldwell Bordelon. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Bordelon was a member and past secretary of the Wildlife Carvers Guild and member and past president of the Green Acres Garden Club.

She was an avid seamstress and surf fisher. Everyone will miss her good cooking, especially her wonderful sweet potato casserole. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd.

, near Clearview Pkwy. , in Metairie, LA on Monday morning, November 19, 2018 beginning at 9:00 AM with a Funeral Mass to follow at 11:00 AM in Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home’s chapel. Interment will be in Garden of Memories.
