Earnest Frank Adams July 16, 1921 – March 01, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Funeral services for Mr. Earnest Frank Adams, age 97, of Gilbertown, AL will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 4, 2019 at Gilbertown Church of God with Reverend Fred Wiley and Reverend Ronnie Adams officiating. Interment will follow in Barrytown Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:30 until 1:00 prior to the service at the church.

Mr. Adams passed away on Friday, March 1, 2019 at Choctaw General Hospital in Butler, AL. He is survived by his sons, Prentice Frank Adams (Jackie) of Brandon, MS and Ronnie Adams (Kathy) of Gilbertown, AL; daughter, Geraldine Sullivan (W.L.) of Gilbertown, AL; eight grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; and ten great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Adams and Louella Sikes Adams; wife, Mamie Lewis Adams; sons, Bobby Adams and Larry Adams; daughters, Sharon Adams and Lavon Pugh; grandchildren, Wade Sullivan and Shannon Adams; great-great grandson, Hunter Cartwright; brothers, Earl Adams, Walter Adams, and Amos Adams; and sisters, Annie Lou Long, Ruby James, and Magdalene Robinson.

Serving as pallbearers will be Randall Adams, Billy Adams, David Adams, Adam Jenkins, Jacoby Kelley, and Layne Whitworth. Honorary pallbearers include Al Robinson, Don Long, Sr., Darrin Robinson, Roy Boykin, Bo Robinson, Michael Lewis, Ron Reed, and Terry Roberts.
