Edgar’s Obituary A Funeral Mass for Edgar J. “Jim” Boyle, Jr., age 65, of O’Neill, NE will be 10:30 AM Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in O’Neill. Burial will follow in the O’Neill Cemetery with Military Honors by the O’Neill American Legion Simonson Post #93 & American Legion Riders. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 14, 2019 from 6-8pm at Biglins Mortuary in O’Neill with a Knights of Columbus Rosary at 7 PM.

Memorials may be directed to: Paralyzed Veterans of America- Great Plains Chapter. He passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Avera St. Anthony’s Hospital in O’Neill. Biglin’s Mortuary of O’Neill is in charge of arrangements.

Edgar is survived by his wife of 41yrs, Mary Boyle of O’Neill, NE; children and spouses, Steven Boyle and wife Johanna of O’Neill, NE, Kimberly Davenport and husband David of Gretna, NE, Patrick Boyle and wife Stephanie of Aurora, NE, Megan Poessnecker and husband Jessie of Atkinson, NE; grandchildren, Madison and Logan Davenport, Ethan Boyle, Avah Boyle and Baby P; Mother, Alice Boyle of O’Neill, NE; sister, Shirley Chmiel of O’Neill, NE; brother, Tim Boyle and wife Angie of O’Neill, NE and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Edgar J. Boyle, Sr., and his father in law and mother in law, John and Lottie Janzing.
