He is survived by his Fiancee: Genevieve Yazzie of Grants, New Mexico; Son: Edison Lee Begay, Jr. of Farmington, New Mexico; Daughters: Alvia Begay of Page, Arizona, Edisina Tall of Farmington, New Mexico, Edisinda Youell of Bloomfield, New Mexico, Allison Begay and Kassidey Begay both of Vanderwagen, New Mexico; Brother: Phillip Plaero of Grants, New Mexico; sisters: Juanita Bryan of Bluewater, New Mexico and Diane Platero of Grants, New Mexico; 16 Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his Parents: Sam A. Begay and Jane “Billy” Begay; Brother: Henry Begay; Sisters: Priscilla Spencer and Victoria Morgan.
