Edith’s Obituary Edith Britt 95 died May 5, 2019 in Leonardville, KS. She was born on March 13, 1924 in Baltimore, MD the daughter of John Thomas and Mamie Virginia (McComas) Chilcoat. Edith was raised in Baltimore and moved to the Holton Kansas area when she was at a teenager.

She married Harry Britt on May 2, 1941. They made their home in Stockdale, KS before moving to Miltonvale in 1954. Edith was a member of the Miltonvale Presbyterian Church where she served as church secretary for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.
