Edith was born July 3, 1941 in Phoenix, Arizona and passed away December 5, 2018 in Bakersfield California. She and her family moved to Bakersfield when she was about 7 years old. Edith was the first born of six children.

Mother Edna, and Father Raymond. She was very proud of her Native American heritage witch was primary the Chickasaw and Cherokee tribe. She and her siblings attended Beardsley Elementary School and all graduated from North High School.

Edith in 1959. A few years later she married another North High graduate Harold Murdock. Later on they got married and had two children Michael and Craig.

Family was everything to Edith and she loved everyone of us! Throughout her life she was caring and fun-loving! Edith is predeceased by her parents, her husband and her brother Donald.

She serviced by her sons Michael and Craig Debbie, Grandchildren Justin, Jennifer, Jessica, Arien, Monica, Erica, and CJ. Great Grandchildren Gavin, Morgen, Brody, Ryder, Hayelynn, Kadence, triston, Lexie, Delaney and Maddison. Brothers Stan Carolyn, Jimmy, Dianne, and Larry Peggy.

Sisters Vickie, and many more nieces and nephews who loved their Aunt Edith very much plus her life-long friend Nancy Hitchcock Renine. A celebration shall be at a later time and date.
