Obituary for Edith M. Teague Edith M. (Stoffer) Teague, age 97, of Alliance passed away at 4:10 p.m., Sunday, January 29, 2017, at her home with her family by her side. She was born March 24, 1919, in Beloit to Ross and Mabel (Berger) Stoffer. A talented musician, Edith loved singing, playing her guitar and playing the piano.

She also enjoyed cross country traveling with her husband in their RV. She is survived by her children, Bonnie (Dennis Gillman) Bahler of Alliance, Willa (Bill) Birckbichler of Limaville and Thomas (Patricia) Burkhart of Deerfield; grandchildren, Teresa Rossow, Shari Anderson, Lisa Stanley, Winnie Sprague, Jason Madison, Heidi Bahler and Jacob Bahler; 13 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and sister, Betty (Gene) Lewis of Beloit. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ronald Teague; grandson, Thomas Burkhart, Jr.; and brothers, Lorin, Bud and Kenny Stoffer.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, February 3, 2017, at Walton Schrader Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Teague officiating. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the service.

Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Walton Schrader Funeral Home 1131 W. State St., Alliance, Oh 44601. Friends may register online at www.
