Berridge, 86, of Holton, KS, passed away Monday, May 6, 2019 at her home. She was born October 4, 1932 in Holton, KS the daughter of Scott and Laura (Thayer) Berridge. Edna graduated from Holton High School in 1950 and attended Kansas State University and Washburn University.

In Edna’s early years, she worked for the State of Kansas as a secretary. She then went to work for a few years for an oil company in Colorado. She spent the majority of her career employed for many years for the Federal Government Army Corps of Engineers.

Edna lived 24 years in Germany, 15 years in Washington DC and retired in Holton. Edna was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Survivors include her sister, Lauretta Fenton of Kansas City, MO and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Donna Weatherford and a brother, Scott Berringer, II. Memorial Services will be at a later date. Mercer Funeral Home in Holton is in charge of arrangements.
