Obituary for Edna Carol Kopanski Edna Carol Kopanski, age 86, of Willowick for 63 years, passed away on July 17, 2018 surrounded by family. She was born in Thompson, Ohio on December 14, 1931 to the late Vincent and Ladine Kresinski. Edna was the loving wife of the late Joseph Kopanski for 60 years; the dearly beloved mother of Catherine Mary Kopanski, Joseph John (Carmina) Kopanski, Steven David Kopanski, Carol Diane Kopanski, and Daniel James (Diane) Kopanski; and a proud grandmother of Sam, Nick, and Lillian.

She was preceded in death by her siblings Edward, Leo, Frank, Sophie, and Margaret. Edna was proud to be affectionately known as Mrs. K., the noon aide, to hundreds of children at Royalview Elementary School. Family will receive friends from 5:30 – 8:00 PM on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd.

, Eastlake. A funeral service will occur at 10 AM on Friday, July 20, 2018 at Monreal Funeral Home. Interment will occur at All Souls Cemetery.
