OBITUARY Edward Albert Strader March 4, 1947 – November 21, 2018 Edward Albert “Ed” Strader, 71, of Miamisburg, passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2018. He was born March 4, 1947 in Jefferson Township the son of James and Elizabeth (Bishop) Strader. Ed retired from the University of Dayton Research Institute.

He was active for many years with Boy Scouts. Ed enjoyed cars and photography. He is survived by his sons, Robert “Bobby” (Robin) Strader and Joseph (Jennifer) Strader; brother, James “Jim” (Shirley) Strader; sister, Rosie Winegar; half sister, Betty Francis Lancaster; as well as nephew, Michael Strader.

Ed was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Linda Strader. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5-7 PM on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at GEBHART-SCHMIDT-PARRAMORE Funeral Home, Miamisburg. Private graveside services will be held at Hillgrove Cemetery, Miamisburg at a later date.
