Obituary for Edward M. Clark Marc Edward Marcus of Edgewood died Thursday, September 20, 2018, after recent open-heart surgery. He had just celebrated his 79th birthday. He leaves behind his longtime companion, Betsy Brown, to whom he was married by “habit and repute;” daughters Colleen (Randy) Clements, Amy (Benny) Britt, and Kelly (Fritz) DeBrine; grandchildren Madison, Samantha, Sean (Cassidy), Morgan, Hannah and Wilson; great-grandchildren Gage, Layla, and Lino; and a sister Chavela Clark Holland.
His brother Harold Clark predeceased him. After serving in the Marine Corps, Marc attended Wichita State University and then graduated from Duquesne University Law School. He held the position of Assistant and then Deputy District Attorney of Allegheny County.
His proudest professional accomplishment was successfully arguing a case in front of the U.S. Supreme Court.
