Edward Harlin Ryan January 13, 1934 – February 15, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Morrison, TN resident and Lepanto, AR native Edward Harlin Ryan, age 85, was born January 13, 1934 and died February 15, 2019 at his daughter’s residence following an extended illness. A driver with UCHRA, a United States Air Force veteran of Korea and Vietnam, and a member of Smartt Church of Christ, he was the son of the late Casper and Maggie Dickinson Ryan. He was married on November 5, 1987 to Ina Lee Johnson Curtis Ryan who preceded him in death on April 16, 2016.

He is survived by three children, Stephanie R. Palmer of Birmingham, AL, Edward H. “Eddie” Ryan, Jr. of Indiana, and Darrell G. Ryan of Winchester, TN; two step-daughters, Debbie Curtis of Murfreesboro, TN and Vickie White of Walling, TN; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and sister, Louise Ryan Baker of Marked Tree, AR. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 18, 2019 in High’s Chapel with Steve Hillis officiating. Burial will follow in Long Cemetery, Van Buren County, TN.

Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service Monday at High’s. Online condolences may be made at www. highfuneralhome.com High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
