Obituary for Edward J. Vetner Edward J. Vetner, 91 A lifelong resident of Clifton Heights passed away on December 2, 2018. Mr. Vetnor was born in Clifton Heights to the late Peter and Mary Vetner. Ed was a graduate of Clifton Heights High School and a WWII U.S. Army Veteran that served in Japan.

He was retired from PECO, Ed played softball in the Rosati League for Hillside Nursery. He also enjoyed spending time at his second home in Wildwood, NJ, he was an avid golfer, a loving uncle and friend. Predeceased by his wife Claire (nee Carr) Vetner and sister Millie Rutkowski.

He is survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitation: Friday 9:30 am at Sacred Heart Church 316 E. Broadway Ave. Clifton Heights.

Funeral Mass: Friday 10:30 am at Sacred Heart Church. Interment: SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
