Edward’s Obituary Edward Louis Kiefer, age 93, of Okeana, Ohio passed away on Monday, December 17, 2018 at Westover Retirement Community. He was born on April 13, 1925, in Madison, Indiana the son of Charles and Theresa (Kramer) Kiefer. He married Audrey Mostoller and together they raised four children.

He was employed at Coors Dairy, retiring in 1985 and also farmed for many years. He loved farming and helping people. Any neighbor who had a need Edward would offer to help them in any way that he could.

He was a lifetime member of the Hamilton Fraternity Order of the Westside Eagles #3896. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Audrey Kiefer. He is survived by his children, Donna Kiefer, Kenneth (Peggy) Kiefer, Christine (Alan) Hawthorne, and Evelyn Lominac; 12 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren and many other loving relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held at Charles C. Young Funeral Home, 4032 Hamilton Cleves Rd. , Ross, OH on Friday, December 28, 2018 from 5 – 8 pm. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 3350 Chapel Road, Shandon, OH on Saturday at 10 AM with burial following in Venice Cemetery in Ross, Ohio.

If desired, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 644 Linn Street, Cincinnati, OH 45203.
