Obituary for Edward Paul Hess Edward Paul Hess, 61 of Weirton, WV, died Saturday, April 28, 2018 in his home. He was born September 3, 1956 in Washington, PA, a son of the late Richard and Eulalia Latshaw Hess. Mr. Hess worked as a handyman.

Surviving are his daughters, Candia M. Hess of Imperial, Rebecca J. Hess of Slovan, and Nicole L. Hess of Florence, his companion, Thelma LaSure, his brother, Raymond Latshaw of Washington, his sisters, Jenny (Russell) Pierce of Paris, Billie (Harold) Bittinger of Paris, Leona (Mike) Silvers of Slovan, Wilma (Phillip) Prevost, and Martha Myers of Paris, 8 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Deceased in addition to his parents, are his son, Jason Paul Hess, his sister, Bonnie L. Hess, and his brothers, Richard F., Eugene T. and Clyde B. Hess. At the request of the deceased, there will be no visitation.

Other arrangements will be held at the convenience of the family.
