Edward’s Obituary Edward R. Drum, 47 of Ashtabula, passed away Monday February 18, 2019 in Ashtabula. Born January 9, 1972 in Willoughby, he was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Edward graduated from Mentor High School.

He was a member of Mason Rising Sun Lodge #22, also a member of Ashtabula First Christ Church of the Nazarene. He was an AITP students group of IT professionals, that graduated on August of 2018 from Kent State with a Bachelors Degree in Technical and Applied Studies. He is survived by his loving mother Clara (nee Clark); children Carl (Patti), Rosemary (Jeff) Johnson and John; nieces and nephews Nathaniel Johnson, Stefanie Johnson, Karey Drum, Angela (Billy) Hedrick and Mario Drum; great nieces and nephews Amylia, Ashely, Aubree, James Drum and Antabella Hedrick; aunt Ronette Strand and best friend for over 30 years John McNeely.

He is preceded in death by his father Walter, Sr.; grandparents Robert and Rita Shirer and Fayette and Clara Clark; uncle Jim Strand, Sr.; uncle Bob Shirer and Aunt Rosemary Clark. Visitation will be held Tuesday February 26th from 1 till time of service at 2:30 pm.
