Edward R. Laurion September 14, 1940 – April 29, 2019 Send Flowers View/Sign Guest Book| Send Sympathy Card New Durham, NH Edward R. Laurion, age 78, of Davis Crossing Road in New Durham, died peacefully at home, April 29, 2019, with his loving family. Born September 14, 1940 in Rochester, NH the only child of Edward R. and Yvonne (Gilbert) Laurion, he had resided in Alton and lived the past 38 years in New Durham. He was a Veteran of the United States Army.

Ed was a retired Postmaster in Alton, NH with the United States Postal Service, after 34 years. A former volunteer Fireman with the Alton Fire Department, Ed loved to go camping, traveling, deer hunting and deep sea fishing. Survived by his wife Donna L. (Hanson) Laurion and children: Shari Laurion, Marcie Whitehouse, Hal Laurion and Denise Laurion, 6 grandchildren: Mandi, Jason, Matthew, Seth, Jacob, Kaeden and 3 great grandchildren: Domenick, Lucas and Brianna.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 1:30pm at St. Peter’s Church, 90 Central Street in Farmington, NH with Fr. Thomas Duston, pastor, as celebrant. Urn interment will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery in Farmington with military honors.
