Edward E. Houze Sr., 81, of Greendale, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2018. He was born August 13, 1936 in Aurora, Indiana, son of the late Dilver and Emma (Ryle) Houze. Edward loved watching his grandchildren play ball but most of all loved being together and spending time with family.

He worked as a Foreman/Operator at Paul H Rohe for 55 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Jackie Houze; son, Eddie (wife Chris) Houze, Jr. of Greendale, IN; daughter, Wilma (husband Ray) McMillin of Greendale, IN; brother, John (wife Francis) Houze of Aurora, IN; 4 grandchildren, Michael McMillin, JR McMillin, Jordan Houze, and Nicole Houze. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dilver and Emma Houze; and his brother, Cecil Houze.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, April 12, 2018 from 5 pm to 8 pm at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, Friday, April 13, 2018 at 11 am. Interment will follow in the Greendale Cemetery, Greendale, Indiana.
