OBITUARY Egon Bernard Kurtz April 3, 1928 – September 18, 2018 Oklahoma City resident, Egon B. Kurtz, 90, passed away Tuesday, September 18, 2018. Egon was born in Kiel, Germany to Bernerd J. and Anna C. (Balla) Kurtz. After graduating from high school he served in the United States Airforce during WWII.

He worked and retired from the Federal Aviation Administration as an air traffic controller and programmer. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mary Ann Kurtz; and daughter, Diane Charlotte Kurtz. He is survived by his son, Edward Kurtz.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Visiting Angels for their love and care. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Oklahoma Humane Society in honor of Egon.
