Elaine Barton Napolitano November 21, 1950 – February 10, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Elaine Barton Napolitano Of Oakland, PA Elaine Barton Napolitano, 68 of Oakland, PA passed away at her home unexpectedly on Sunday, February 10, 2019. She was predeceased by her parents Robert and Beatrice (Welch) Barton; brother James Barton; and sister Susan Wheeler. Elaine is survived by her loving husband of 33 years Louis F. Napolitano; daughters Sheila Groover and Theresa Travis; brother Eugene Barton; brother –in-law James & Tudy Napolitano; sisters-in-law Judy & Willard Canfield and Nancy Napolitano; grandchildren Robert “Moose” Gulley, Stacey & Josh Lee, Edward & Kelly Kenny III, and Patrick Johnson; 11 great grandchildren; special friends Randy & Karen Bush; and several nieces and nephews.

Elaine was employed at Matis’s Manufacturing for several years until her retirement, after which she worked part time at the Susquehanna County Transcript and the Depot Resturant. She was a member of the American Legion Post 86 Women’s Auxillary. Elaine will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2018 at 4pm at the Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 747 Jackson Ave. Susquehanna, PA. Interment will be held at a later date in the St. John’s Cemetery, Susquehanna, PA.

The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 2 to 4pm.
