Obituary for Elaine Carol Bartoszek Elaine Carol Bartoszek, age 75, of Eastlake, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2018. She was born in Cleveland, on December 25, 1942 to the late Guy and Eleanor Weimer. Elaine was an avid collector of Shelley China and Currier and Ives, loved to go shopping, and enjoyed going to the lakefront to take in the view of the lake.

She had a love for dogs that grew greater and greater over 50 years as a dog owner. Most of all, Elaine’s greatest joy was gathering with family over lunch, sharing memories and good conversation. She was an amazing woman whose loving personality will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Elaine was the beloved wife of Tom Bartoszek for 55 years; the loving mother of Kim (Ron) Kolz and Nick (Kathy) Bartoszek; a cherished grandmother of Lauren and Megan; and a cherished sister of the late Neil Weimer. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 from 4 – 8 PM at Monreal Funeral Home 35400 Curtis Blvd Eastlake, OH 44095. A Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, May 3, 2018 also at the funeral home.

Interment will occur at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon. In lieu of flowers the family asks that any donation be made in Elaine’s memory, to the Hospice of the Western Reserve 17876 St. Clair Avenue Cleveland, OH 44110.
