MUNIZ, Mrs. Elba Iris “Gi Gi” – age 75, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan. Family hour 10:00AM Friday, March 22, 2019 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 268 North Perry Street, with funeral service commencing immediately at 11:00AM. Interment Perry Mount Park Cemetery, 878 North Perry Street.

Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the funeral home 11:00AM Friday. Mrs. Muniz will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed from 1:00-8:00PM, Thursday. Mrs. Muniz leaves to cherish her memory: children, Carmen Martinez and Alex Muniz; grandchildren, Alejandro Martinez, Liza Martinez, Yesenia Martinez, Elizabeth Martinez, Jeanna Martinez, Rolando Alexander Muniz, Cassandra Muniz, Dominic Muniz, Amaya Muniz and Anissia Muniz; great-grandchildren, Alejandro Martinez, Jr., Je’Lianni Serna, Lealani Serna, Adrianna Martinez, Adrian Martinez and Christian Martinez; a host of brothers and sisters; and other relatives and friends.
