Eleanor Marcella Alexander (Kerr) of Overbrook, Surrounded by loved ones, went to be with the Lord on September 11th, 2018 at the age of 78. Eleanor was the beloved wife to the late Edward Alexander, Mother to the late Colleen and Edward Alexander Jr; Beloved sister to the late L.J. Kerr; Sister-in- Law to the late Marilyn O’Dell (Ronald); Loving grandmother to Marcie Creighton (Brian), Stephanie Tewell (Chris), and Keith Born; Old Mamall to Hannah, Luc, Caleb and Makenzie. Eleanor was a devout Catholic, Stay-at-home mom, a fan of crossword puzzles, and an avid reader.

Eleanor enjoyed spending time with her grandkids going to the casino. Visitation will be held on Friday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the David J. Henney Funeral Home, 6364 Library Road (RT 88), Library, where a funeral service will be Saturday 10:00 a.m.Burial in Saint Mary’s Catholic Cemetery on the corner of Penn Ave & 45th St, Pittsburgh, PA 15224. www.
