Elisa’s Obituary Elisa T. Hurtado , 77, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 in Austin, Texas surrounded by her family. She was born June 10, 1941 to Fernando and Rosa Trinidad in San Marcos, Texas. Elisa was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend.

She was well known to the community of San Marcos through her medical career as an RN/PA. She was dearly loved and will be missed by so many. Elisa is preceded in the death by her husband, Daniel C. Hurtado and her parents, Fernando and Rosa Trinidad.

Elisa is survived by her son, Daniel T. Hurtado, Jr., his wife Cyndy, grandson Daniel Hurtado III; son, David T. Hurtado, wife Audree Hurtado; grandson Luke E. Hurtado, wife Brianna; grandson Desi D. Hurtado; daughter, Danita T. Hurtado, granddaughter Elisa Danielle Hurtado; son, E. Eric Cortez; sisters, Ruth T. Ferrer, Rose Martinez, Emma Trinidad, Frances Sierra. The family would like express their sincere thanks to Dr. Karunakar Annapureddy, Dr. Amsalu Erko, as well as all the staff at St. David’s Medical Main, and the staff at Satellite Mueller Riverside and Stonebriar Nursing. A visitation, Thursday, May 9, 2019, 5:00 – 8:00 pm with a Rosary at 7:00 pm.

, at Pennington Funeral Home. A visitation will be held Friday, May 10, 2019, 9:00 am followed by a Mass at 10:00 am, St. John’s Catholic Church, San Marcos, Texas.
