Obituary Elizabeth Ann Peare Baker, 81, of Radcliff, Ohio, passed away on January 8, 2019 at her home near Wilkesville, Ohio. Born December 16, 1937 in Columbus, Ohio, Elizabeth was the daughter of Hobart and Almeada Fulton. She was a graduate of The Ohio State University in education and a retired business owner.

She loved The Ohio State Buckeyes. Elizabeth attended Wilkesville Presbyterian Church and was a member of O.E.S. of Wilkesville. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents.
