Betty was born on April 13, 1935 in Norwalk, OH to the late Arthur A. and Mabel E. (Kramer) Stoll. Betty was a 1953 graduate of Milan High School and was employed at Norwalk Truck Lines, where she met her husband, Richard, whom she married June 10, 1961.
