Elizabeth “Betty” M. Cole of Herkimer, NY, passed away peacefully on January 17, 2019 at Foltsbrook Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Betty was born on October 6, 1935 in Norwich, a daughter of Francis and Bertha Webb. She was a graduate of Oxford High School in 1954.

On October 9, 1954, Betty married Kenneth Cole. Betty was a daycare provider out of her home in Oxford for many years. She enjoyed cooking and was previously a member of the Agape Baptist Church.

Surviving is her husband, Kenneth Cole of Herkimer, along with her children, Michael Cole and Faye Searfoss of Oxford; Mark and Paula Cole of North Carolina; Thomas Cole and Nicole Davis-Cole of Edmeston, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no calling hours or memorial service. Contributions in her memory may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care, 4277 Middle Settlement Road, New Hartford, NY 13413.

Mohawk Valley Funerals and Cremations, 7507 State Route 5, between Little Falls and St. Johnsville, 315-508-5131, has been entrusted with arrangements for cremation.
