Elizabeth Cornelia Miller “Baby” was born in Raleigh County, West Virginia on August 17, 1925 to Carrie and Robert Houchins. Elizabeth was a former lighting inspector at General Electric for many years. She loved modeling, going to the casino, traveling, singing, playing Bid Whist and spending time with her family.

Elizabeth enjoyed spending her time with the Lockstreet Street Club over the years. Elizabeth was a beloved mother of Calvin Jr. and Duane Miller and a cherished grandmother of Anthony and Christina Miller. Her memory will be cherished by all who loved her.
