Elizabeth Katie Griffin Jordan, 90, widow of Hack Jordan formerly of Belton, died Thursday, February 21, 2019 at Ellenburg Nursing Center. Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of the late Lee and Claudia Knight Griffin. She retired from Blair Mill and was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church.

Surviving are: sons, Mike Jordan (Martha) of Williamston and Steve Jordan of Anderson; daughter, Judy Hicks (Larry) of Belton; sister, Louise Hobby of Belton; grandchildren, Scott Shaw, Lisa Owens (Leon), Kim Craig (Gary) and Steven Jordan; great grandchildren, Chase Owens (Sierra), Blake Owens (Hailey), Jordan Chapman, Jade Craig, Payton Craig, Kaitlyn Jordan and Alston Jordan; great great grandchild, Jocelynn Jordan. She was preceded in death by her son, Harold Pettit; granddaughter, Amber Jordan; Daughter-In-Law, Wanda Jordan; brothers, J.L and Red Griffin. Service will be held 2pm Sunday at Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.

Bo Trotter officiating. Burial will follow at Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6pm until 8pm at Cox Funeral Home.
