OBITUARY Elizabeth Trible Kennedy October 3, 1927 – January 21, 2019 Elizabeth Trible Kennedy, 91, of Williamsburg, formerly of Kilmarnock, passed away on January 21, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Robert Kennedy and three siblings. Elizabeth retired as a Major in the U.S. Army after almost 21 years of service.

She earned her B.A. from VA Tech, and her M.A. in Public Administration from Golden Gate College in San Francisco. She was also an avid golfer and resident of Patriots Colony. She is survived by her sisters, Rose Mowbray of Danville, VA, Esther Trible of Cotati, CA, devoted sister-in-law, Betty Ann Trible and her nieces and nephews.

Interment will be held at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Elizabeth’s memory to Riverside Hospice, Denbigh Professional Park 608 Denbigh Boulevard, Suite 700, Newport News, VA 23608. Online condolences may be offered at www.
