Obituary for Elizabeth Watson Sarah Elizabeth Coleman Watson, 84, wife of Billy L. Watson, of Bradley, SC, died December 16, 2018, at Hospice House of Greenwood. Elizabeth was a graduate of Greenwood High School, and a former employee of Belk Department store. She retired from Greenwood Industries as a Supervisor.

She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and business partner to her husband Billy, at Hyde Park Minit Mart from 1970-1986. She was a member of Horeb Baptist Church and a member of the Ladies WMU. She and Billy married in 1953 and would have celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary on December 26.

Elizabeth was the daughter of the late Robert Carl Coleman Sr. and Ida Mae Crowder Coleman and was also preceded in death by her sister, Margaret Wiley Phillips; brothers, Robert Carl Coleman Jr. and David Roe Coleman. Surviving in addition to her husband of the home, are her children, Larry D. Watson (Amy) of Greenville, SC, B. Daniel Watson (Nitsa) of North Myrtle Beach, SC, Gayle Neill (Todd) of Morrisville, NC, and Janet W. Dorsey of Greenwood, SC; her grandchildren, Sarah G. Watson, of Boston, MA, Yianna Kappas of Greenville, SC, Reece Watson of North Myrtle Beach, SC, Coleman Dorsey of Clemson, SC, Sam Neill of Charlotte, NC, and Jaime Neill of Morrisville, NC. Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Sam O’Shields officiating.

Burial will follow at Greenwood Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Todd Neill, Terry Dorsey, Reece Watson, Coleman Dorsey, and Sam Neill. The family will receive friends before the service from 12:00 noon – 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

The family is at the home, 4714 McCormick Highway, Bradley, SC 29819. The family wishes to extend their special thanks to the staffs of Station 3 at NHC of Greenwood, Caris Hospice and Hospice & Palliative Care of the Piedmont.
