Ellen is survived by her father, Norman Haley of Rossville; daughter and son-in-law, Tiffany and Austin Helms of Gridley, CA; brothers and sister-in-law, Norman and Coni Haley of Fort Oglethorpe and Charles Haley of LaFayette.
